Im actually using this mouse myself. There should be the logitech mouse n keyboard cd drivers that come with it.. install that and it should let you customize stuff.
U will be able to program both additional buttons .. as well as the side scroll wheel is programmable to have 3 different bindings... (forward, back, and in) additionally you coulld program the "search" button as well as the normal scroll wheel.
At the moment I have the 2 side buttons programmed to insta-casts SWD and DP. The search button is set to mass dispel.. and side scroll wheel forward set to dispell, in - Shield, and back is set for wanding which i never use anyway.

I use bartender for keybinding stuff.. the logitech program will allow u to set it as key strokes.. which for me are numbers on my NumPad
