I have a similar taste in music.

You may like:
All American Rejects
Finger Eleven
My Chemical Romance
State Of Shock
Steroes (they are new)
Theory Of A Deadman

Fever for the Flava by Hot Action Cop, was part of the Shadow Word: Dance video and I fell in love with it lol. Never really tried any of thier other songs, but you never know.

A perfect circle and Puscifer both come to mind.

Intronaut is another good band, as is
Headstrong
Hellyeah is a little metalish
The Who is great classic Rock, with an awesome bass player.
Mastodon's new album is amazing

As a side note added for jealousy, I'm going to see DT in July.

I'm seeing them August 4th! Let me know how Progressive Nation is this year though, I'm kinda suspicious about the lineup.

We bought some studio time with Steve Albini to cut our first album. Soon you will be able to add Arcattack to that list!

In the meantime, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpwKkCb3BEQ
