It is not - the list is just not updated:

#7 Hammer of Judgement - Mount Hyjal Trash
-- 315.6(354.54) = 236+22*0.2(4.4)+22*1.77(38.94) +75.2
#8 Merciless Gladiator's Gavel/Spellblade - 25,200 Honor Points & 20 EotS marks
-- 303.8(330.35) = 225+18*0.2(3.6)+15*1.77(26.55) + 75.2
#9 Cudgel of Consecration - Kael'thas Sunstrider, Heroic Magister's Terrace
-- 294.2(326.06) = 203+20*0.2(4)+18*1.77(31.86)+12 + 75.2

I took the courage of adding the (in)famous mace to list. Was watching for it mentioned for like 5-10 threads, but now couldn't resist the urge to fix things :P

The list has been updated to most recent 3.0.2 simulations. Haste and cirt are notably less valuable than before, causing some small shifts in the rankings.

When 3.0.3 goes live the list will be updated again. At this time, the following values would be used:
* 1 spellpower = 1 PP
* 1 crit rating = 0.77 PP
* 1 haste = 0.71 PP
* 1 spirit = 0.23 PP
* 1 int = 0.26 PP
* 1 hit = 1.58 PP (when not hit-capped)

Might want to keep that in mind when choosing gear upgrades.

Interesting to know that I have the best belt in the game at this moment :)

Thanks for all your hard work, as always Mef.

I've made a list of every WotLK epic item listed on wotlk.wowhead.com which ist useful for shadows and calculated the spellpower equivalent power for every item. The scaling numbers are based on the latest report for 80 on Simcraft. It might helps for making the WotLK list.

You might want to add Leggings of Devastation from Mother Shahraz in BT to your list.

Thanks for all your continued work on this.

Reckless Pyrostone currently doesn't take the reduced haste rating into account - should be 10.0 instead of 11.0 for 0.8 haste rating, and even lower once 3.0.3 goes live. So Items with single yellow slots providing a +2 SP socket bonus should be rated at +12 for the gem slot instead of +13.

Similarily, Items with 3 yellow sockets and a +5 SP socket bonus are no longer worth socketing with reckless pyros anymore.

I suppose you can just as well rate every single gem slot at +12 as long as haste rating isn't going up above 0.8 PP again.

Same goes for Purified Shadowsong Amethyst which should be at 6.7 by now, affecting the ratings of all the helmets with metaslots (all should be rated 0.3 better).

On a sidenote, many thanks for all the good work. :) Have been reading this forum and specifically this thread for a long time although only recently felt the need to register in light of the changes WotLK brings.

Thanks for pointing that out! I remembered to update the enchants, but overlooked that. Gems are baked right into my spreadsheet atm, so I'll have to manually fix them. I am a night owl, but the night's almost over for me, so the update is going to have to wait until I wake up.

#4 The Skull of Gul'dan - Illidan, Black Temple
-- 84.17(129.17) = 55+25*1.8(45)+29.17

I think SoG proc should reduce from 29.17. Coz haste have less value now.

This is probably irrelevant to the raiding list, but since you mention the hit ratings needed to get to the cap you might want to add the following too:

The new druid talent (moonkin) Improved Fairy Fire at 3/3 increases the chances for hitting a foe by 3%. If I read that talent right it provides a debuff that benefitss the whole raid, i. e. 3% less hit needed! Only learned about this after my last raid, so didn't have a chance to test it. but if it's true you'll probably only need 101 hit rating to cap with 6 points in the appropriate talents!

Tried to find some useful info on this since a +3% raidwide hit buff seems too good to be true. But unfortunately couldn't spot any recent comments. Maybe some PTR players can comment?

Hi. Shouldnt this Robe appear in the List, even though PP for Crit were slightly reduced? Or is my Math wrong?
