Update info:
It took a while, but the Spell Rotation sheet should be completely working now. I thought there would be more interest in the ability to interrupt Mind Flay after one or two ticks and see the effects on DPS/longevity, but I guess not.

Partial resists have been implemented, so the damage of all non-binary spells(everything besides Mind Flay) has been reduced. The reduction is a flat 2% per level that the target is above player level. If there's interest and someone can point me to some formulas, I'll change this to an option for mob's shadow resistance.

An option to choose a Meta gem has been added under Misc Options.

To improve the accuracy of Quagmirran's Eye and Mystical Skyfire Diamond, a new option under Misc Options was added to give the number of seconds per cast. The seconds per cast of the current rotation is now reported in the big yellow area. If you're equipping this trinket or meta gem then update the option to the reported number until they match(or are close enough for your liking). This is necessary due to circular refrencing.

The spreadsheet assumes you've hit your max +hit, I assume?
I'm pretty interested to see the impact of +hit in a spreadsheet though.

Is sample time unchanging? I'd like to see some sort of guesstimate to time-til-OOM given gear, consumables, JoW, etc.

Yes, for now the calculations assume no miss rate. This is largely due to logic restrictions based in Excel and the fact that I haven't sat down and figured out exactly how it should be implemented. It's on the list of things I'd like to eventually add though.

The sample is based around 400 spell casts (10 base minutes). The actual sample time scales as lag and MF are included. The time-til-OOM is already included. Right below the sample DPS is a longevity calculation. This is the effective time you can last before going OOM. To get an accurate reading, include the regen provided from consumables / JoW / etc in the MP/5 variable. The next release may include these as selectables.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Thanks for the hard work on this. I am impressed that all the priority queue casting was able to be done in a spreadsheet. :)

It will be a great tool for testing different talent configurations, etc.

Amazing Work. Could you also put in the longevity using the shadowfriend?

The scaling on the threat is wrong. You have points in silent resolve, which no longer reduces the threat from shadow spells.

The formula is actually correct. If you notice, changing points in Silent Resolve doesn't have a direct impact on the threat calculation. I simply left it as an option because at the time of the last release I wasn't 100% sure of its effects on healing aggro. The option has been removed in the coming release.
